Proposal Submissions

All prospective paper presenters must register for the entire conference and pay registration fees at the time that they submit their proposal. When you have completed your conference registration, you will be emailed an “Internet Order Number”. Please refer to that email and enter that Internet Order Number when you submit your abstract below.

Rules For Online Abstract Submission

(Please read carefully before proceeding)
The abstract text should be no more than 250 words. Please include:

  • Concise statement of the purpose of work
  • The material and methods of the work
  • A summary of the results
  • And an overview of the implications

Please do not include references.

Deadline for abstract submissions is March 1, 2009

If accepted for presentation, the abstract will be printed EXACTLY AS SUBMITTED in the conference program. Therefore, please proofread it carefully.
